Penny Morrison is a British interiors brand known for distinctive fabrics, wallpapers, lighting and decorative accessories. Founded by interior designer Penny Morrison over 30 years ago, the company supplies interior designers, trade clients, showrooms and private customers in the UK, US and internationally.
Our products sit within the premium interiors market, where quality, consistency, presentation and service are central to the customer experience. Every order that leaves our warehouse represents the Penny Morrison name, so the care taken in inspection, handling, packing and dispatch is critical.

· Oversee goods-in, goods-out, stock movement, order preparation, packing and dispatch.

· Work closely with the Head of Operations, sales, purchasing and customer service teams.
· Liaise with suppliers where quality issues, delivery discrepancies or product faults arise.
· Maintain a clean, organised, professional and efficient warehouse environment.

· 7–10 years’ relevant experience in textiles, fabrics, interiors, manufacturing, premium homeware, warehouse operations or a similar product-led environment.
· Strong experience handling or inspecting fabrics and textile products.

· Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Good communication skills and the ability to work constructively with suppliers and internal teams.
· The ability to follow, improve and document processes.
· A strong sense of ownership, accountability and pride in work.
