Fibre-Tech Industries (UK) Ltd is looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join our busy and growing production team based in Royston.
Working Hours
· Day Shift – 39 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday: 06:30 – 15:30
- Friday: 06:30 – 11:30
The Role
We are seeking a skilled CNC Miller with at least 5 years’ hands-on experience operating a range of CNC milling machines with Fanuc or Heidenhain controls. Applicants must be confident in setting and programming machinery to produce high-quality precision components.
Experience with FeatureCam programming software and multi-axis machining would be a strong advantage.

· Ability to program, set and operate machines independently
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances
· Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards

Salary & Benefits
· Up to £19.00 per hour depending on experience
· Overtime paid at time and a quarter
· Stable day-shift hours with an early Friday finish
