Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pizza Maker to join our vibrant kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and culinary arts, with a focus on creating high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic restaurant setting, contributing to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our customers.

Duties

Cook pizzas
Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to during food preparation and handling
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace, including sanitising surfaces and equipment
Assist in the preparation of other menu items as required
Monitor stock levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods
Follow health and safety procedures diligently to uphold a safe working environment

Experience

Previous experience with pizza making
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices is essential
Experience with meal preparation, especially pizza making, will be highly regarded
Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and knives
Experience working in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating efficiency and organisation under pressure
