The Role

Suspension Officer - Parking Enforcement - £34,417.79 per annum - £15.53 Per Hour - Lambeth.

Are you looking to work in a large diverse team?

Do you have strong analytical skills? And enjoy working with excel and other bespoke systems?

We are looking for a Suspension Officer to join our team to manage the day-to-day suspension activity of the contract. This will include liaising with the client, carrying out site visits, creating the relevant signage and installation of the suspension signs. With the addition of monitoring/managing the online suspension system.

What you'll do:

Manage the day-to-day suspension activity of the contract
Maintain various spreadsheets and other administrative duties
Put up and take down suspension signs in a timely fashion
Review, analyse and respond to Suspension Performance data to ensure full compliance with contractual requirements together with Client and company needs.
Achieve and ensure acceptable levels of performance in conjunction with Key Performance Indicators for the role
Ensure correct procedures with HHC and digital imaging protocols are followed, as laid down in the client and/or Company procedures.
Promote good public relations, provide advice and information concerning parking related matters, whenever asked, in a professional manner.
Manage stock levels for all suspension related equipment.
Ensure that you maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity in order to promote best practice to the team.
Provide support to the CEOs’ when needed
Ensure that all end of shift paperwork is quality and compliance checked and filed in chronological order and archived

What you'll bring:

Excellent customer service

A proactive and flexible attitude

Excellent knowledge of the Lambeth area.

Good working knowledge of MS office products

Full UK Driving Licence

What we'll offer you:

42.5 hours per week - working any 5 from 7 days covering shifts

£34,417.79 per annum - £15.53 Per Hour
