Job Overview
Smith Services Ltd is a long-established company providing rope access services throughout the UK.
We are looking for qualified and experienced rope access technicians to join our team based in Birmingham.
The candidates will be motivated and work well within a team.
You must have a driving licence.
Experience of window cleaning and general maintenance essential.
The work is predominantly window cleaning however you will also work on general maintenance cleaning, pressure washing cladding, inspections, Installation, surveys and repairs.
This is a temporary position that can become a permanent for the right candidate.
Applicants interested in fixed term or sub-contracting will be considered.
Essential
- Valid IRATA certification
- Driving licence
- Experience of window cleaning
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and occasionally to stay away for work.
The following would be advantageous to applicants.
- IPAF or PASMA qualification
- Working at height experience
- First aid certificate
