?? Purpose of the Role

You’ll be the driving force behind our Technical team, ensuring that every operation runs smoothly, efficiently, and with precision. From supporting engineers to mastering data entry and handling customer queries—you’ll be a central hub of support that keeps everything moving forward.

?? What You’ll Be Doing

Be the first point of contact—handling technical calls and connecting customers to the right experts.
Monitor technical email enquiries and keep our engineers armed with everything they need to tackle the day.
Own the data entry process—turn plans and specifications into seamless schedules that help our teams stay on track.
Use our CRM (Keylink) to log new enquiries, track quote progress, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
Ensure quotes are filed, tracked, and completed, with accurate follow-up to our valued customers.
Help the team stay competitive by benchmarking prices and supporting on special product quotes.
Dive into drawings (training provided!) and build your technical know-how.
Run reports, support engineers, and provide top-tier technical and admin support with a smile.
Provide product comparisons and become a go-to guru for both internal teams and customers.
