Overview
The Cat Butler Tamworth is looking for dedicated and professional Cat Butlers to provide exceptional in-home care for our clients' cats in Lichfield. You must live in Lichfield (within 5 miles of WS13 6 and 7, or WS14 9 and 0) and own a car. The role is ideal for a passionate cat lover with experience of handling felines, whether as an owner, ex-veterinary nurse, rescue volunteer or similar background.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, compassionate and customer-service oriented, ensuring both the cats and their owners receive the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personalised care for cats in their own homes.
Feed and provide fresh water according to the owner's instructions.
Clean litter trays and maintain hygiene standards.
Administer medication if required (training/ guidance provided).
Engage with the cats and provide companionship, ensuring their wellbeing.
Monitor and report any changes in behaviour, health or environment to the owner.
Take good quality photos and videos of the cats in your care and provide updates to the clients.
Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
Follow all safety protocols and respect the privacy of clients and their homes.

Requirements

A deep love of cats and experience in caring for them.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
A valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
Willingness to work weekends, holidays and peak periods.
Availability to work part time with a flexible schedule (not suitable for those in full time work or education).
A smartphone with the ability to take and send photos, receive and send emails and use WhatsApp efficiently.
Ability to work independently and responsibly manage time and tasks.
Willingness to obtain (or already possess) a clear DBS check.
