In this role, you'll ensure learners receive the right support at the right time by coordinating information, managing documentation, tracking progress and helping training teams work seamlessly together. What you’ll be doing
- Monitor learner progress and support requirements.
- Coordinate appointments and learner communications.
- Maintain accurate records and confidential documentation.
- Support the creation and management of learning support plans.
- Work closely with instructors, trainers and support staff.
- Organise learner assessments and follow-up activities.
- Ensure information is shared accurately and on time.
- Help apprentices and recruits access the support they need to succeed.
What we’re looking for
Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
- Strong administrative, organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Good digital skills, including confident use of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Copilot.
- Interest in supporting individuals with learning support requirements.
Willingness to undertake neurodiversity-related training and maintain awareness of relevant support processes.

This role is offered on a term time basis working 44 weeks per year, with non-working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 4 weeks in August. The salary will therefore be pro rata’d and calculated to include contractual annual leave entitlement and bank holidays.
