- Sales Pipeline & Relationship Management
- Manage the full sales pipeline from initial lead generation to closing partnership agreements.Maintain long-term relationships with suppliers, partners, and high-value customers tosupport consistent revenue

Develop and implement business strategies to enter new markets and increase market share.Monitor performance metrics and suggest continuous improvements to support long-term business growth.
- Contract Negotiation
- Negotiate and finalise contracts with new partners, delivery apps, local distributors, and service providers.
- Ensure all agreements support the company's strategic objectives and create mutual value.8. Digital & Operational Support
Work with the internal team to support online ordering growth, improve digital presence, and manage promotional campaigns.
- Analyse customer behaviour from online data to inform business decisions.
