Brackenwood Property & Estate Management is looking for a highly organised and proactive Property & Lettings Manager to join our growing team.
With over 30 years experience in property and lettings management, we pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality, client focused service - and we are looking for someone who shares that approach.
About the Role:
You will manage a portfolio of residential properties, working closely with clients, contactors and colleagues to ensure high standards across all aspects of property and lettings management.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Property & Lettings Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties. This is a key role within a small, fast-paced team, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties
- Build strong relationships with clients and contractors
- Oversee maintenance and ensure work is completed to a high standard
- Set and monitor budgets
- Arrange and attend meetings and site inspections
- Support lettings management activities
- Deliver excellent customer service and meet key performance targets
What we are looking for
- Experience in property management, lettings or a related field
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Additional Info
- Full time, permanent role (35 hours per week)
- Occasional flexibility required for meetings or urgent issues
