Location: Lincolnshire (field-based- work from home)

Salary: £2,200/month basic + commission + bonuses
OTE: £3,000 – £5,000/month+

About Green Postie

Green Postie is a new digital communication platform designed to modernise how businesses connect with local communities.

We help businesses replace traditional leaflets and direct mail with targeted digital campaigns sent directly to verified local households — reducing waste, improving engagement, and creating a more sustainable future for local advertising.

We are launching across Lincolnshire and are now building a motivated, high-performance sales team to drive the next stage of growth.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Field Sales Manager to lead, support, and grow a team of B2B sales representatives across Lincolnshire.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads from the front.

You will be out in the field alongside the team, helping drive performance, supporting sales activity, coaching staff, and helping close deals with local businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives
Lead and motivate a field-based sales team
Support reps in the field and assist with closing deals
Train staff on pitching, objection handling, and closing techniques
Monitor daily activity, targets, and performance
Ensure accurate reporting and CRM updates
Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews
Build strong relationships with local businesses and decision-makers
Identify new business opportunities and drive team growth
Maintain high standards of professionalism, energy, and discipline across the team
Work closely with management to help shape the company’s expansion strategy

What We’re Looking For

Confident, outgoing, and highly motivated personality
Resilient and target-driven mindset
Ability to motivate and inspire others
Comfortable working in a fast-paced field environment
Organised with good time-management skills
Professional approach to customer relationships and negotiations
Previous sales or management experience is beneficial but not essential
Full UK driving licence required
