We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Provide professional hair styling services including braiding or barbing , colour treatments, blow-drying, and styling to meet client preferences and current trends.
- Offer specialised treatments such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the salon environment.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable hair and beauty products, upselling where appropriate to enhance their experience.
- Manage appointment bookings efficiently at the front desk, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and personalised advice.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
- Support store management with organisational tasks as required, including stock management and visual merchandising.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Barber with a strong portfolio of work.
- Skills in store management, front desk operations, and customer service are highly desirable.
- Additional qualifications or experience in eyelash extensions and makeup application are advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently.
