At Epoch Lincoln, we’re not just another healthcare office. We’re a thriving chiropractic centre helping people feel and function at their best — and we’re looking for a Technical Chiropractic Assistant to join our team.
This is not your average front desk role. Yes, you’ll be the welcoming face of the clinic, but you’ll also be hands-on: supporting chiropractors with patient assessments, guiding people through their care, and becoming a key part of their journey to better health.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Front of house leadership – greeting patients, managing flow, and keeping the practice buzzing.
- Progress reviews – welcoming patients, checking in on how they feel they’ve progressed, and gathering feedback on their experience and outcomes to date.
- Clinical assessments – carrying out posture photography, weight distribution analysis, balance assessments, HRV testing, posture screening, and other standardised tests used within the clinic.
- Accurate reporting – recording findings from each review and providing clear, concise reports to support the chiropractor’s clinical decision-making.
- Care planning support – discussing recommended care frequency for the next phase of care, based on the chiropractor’s care plan, and helping schedule future appointments.
- Team support – ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

- Knowledge of chiropractic and anatomy is an advantage, but not essential — a genuine willingness to learn matters more.
- Empathetic and caring, with a gentle manner and good communication skills.
- Able to think on their feet and stay emotionally intuitive under pressure.
- Sociable, with a positive can-do attitude and a good sense of humour.
- A genuine interest in the care of others and a real willingness to help.
- Collaborative, working well within a small, close-knit team.
- Willing to develop the role and work across different Epoch centres when required.
- A genuine passion for holistic healthcare and wellness.
- Professional and organised, with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Able to produce accurate and comprehensive clinical notes.
Healthcare experience not required — full training provided.
Working Hours
- TBC – typical shifts are 7am to 3pm and 11.30am to 7.30pm.
- Occasional weekend events with notice.
- Additional hours may be required to cover team holidays.
