Receptionist (Part Time 24 Hours)

Join Our Team

We're looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our Front Office team and help create exceptional experiences for our guests.

This is a guest-facing role where you'll be the first point of contact for many of our guests, providing a warm welcome, supporting their stay and helping to ensure every visit is memorable.

What You'll Be Doing

Welcome guests and create a positive first impression of the hotel
Manage check-ins, check-outs and reservations in line with company standards
Respond to guest enquiries and requests professionally and efficiently
Provide information about the hotel, local area and available services
Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns where appropriate
Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Front Office department
Ensure reception and guest-facing areas remain welcoming and presentable
Support upselling opportunities and promote hotel services where appropriate
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences

What We're Looking For

Previous hospitality, customer service or Front Office experience is desirable but not essential
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Friendly, confident and professional approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
Positive and team-focused attitude
Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
