Purpose of the Role
The role oversees logistics, supplier and laboratory liaison, practitioner support, inventory management, order fulfilment support and operational administration. The successful candidate will become the central point of coordination for many of the processes that allow Colabs to deliver a high-quality service to practitioners and patients.
This is an organised, proactive and process-driven role suited to someone who enjoys problem solving, improving systems and ensuring things run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Be a key part of daily operations at the business.
Logistics & Fulfilment
- Coordinate courier bookings and tracking
- Manage kit dispatch and support with fulfilment
- Monitor deliveries and resolve logistics issues
- Ensure accurate and timely shipment of kits
Laboratory & Supplier Liaison
- Act as a key contact for supply/facilitation partners
- Liaise with suppliers regarding stock, deliveries and operational issues
- Coordinate special instructions relating to laboratory testing
- Support onboarding of new services
Practitioner & Customer Support
- Support customers with operational queries
- Assist with practitioner onboarding administration
- Monitor and respond to shared inbox enquiries
- Support management of office phone enquiries
- Ensure a high standard of customer service
Results & Administration
- Support results processing workflows
- Maintain operational records and documentation
- Assist with CRM updates and data accuracy
- Support monthly operational reporting
Stock & Inventory Management
- Monitor testing kit inventory
- Manage office and fulfilment supplies
- Coordinate stock ordering
- Ensure sufficient supplies are available to meet demand
Systems & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Assist with documenting operational procedures
- Support maintenance of operational systems
- Contribute to ongoing improvement projects
Essential Skills & Experience

Hours
Full-time- (flexible working due to logistics work between 9am -5.45pm. Core hours 9.30am- 4.30pm Monday to Friday)
Pay: £24,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
