Key2Lease Ltd is a growing vehicle leasing and contract hire company supplying cars and vans to both private individuals and businesses across the UK. Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit enthusiastic new team members to join our friendly and ambitious team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in sales, customer service, or administration. Full training will be provided, with the chance to learn all aspects of the business from experienced senior staff.
The Role
Based at our busy office at South Hykeham, Lincoln, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the senior management and sales teams
- Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Assisting the team in generating new business opportunities
- Learning the vehicle leasing process from enquiry through to delivery
- Providing excellent customer follow-up and aftersales support
- General administration and office support duties
We are looking for motivated individuals who:
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills or is willing to learn
- Are confident using computers, the internet, and modern technology
- Are eager to learn and develop new skills
- Have a good standard of education, GCSE qualifications at grade 4 as a minimum
- Work well as part of a team and have a positive attitude

Starting salary is based on 18-20 year old, salary will be in line with age and experience.
