Just like our children, our waiting lists are growing! In each of our 22 settings we create experiences that are special, unique and child focused. The needs of military families are unique, and at RAFAKidz we take extra care to make sure those needs are met. For every child that comes through the doors of RAFAKidz, no matter their ability, background or circumstances you could provide experiences and opportunities that will help them be confident and reach their potential.
About you
As a qualified Early Years Educator you will hold a full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification and a Paediatric First Aid certificate. Our Play Workers responsibilities at our busy out of school club include ensuring safety for children on the walk to and from school and setting up an attractive and exciting play space ensuring that hygiene and health and safety standards are met. A basic food safety certificate would be desirable as refreshments and snacks will be provided for the children. You will need to understand the principles of safeguarding children and be willing to undertake all development opportunities offered. We can offer some flexibility with regards to the contract, for either all year round working (preferred) but also the option of Term Time Only working to fit in with your other commitments.
