Full job description

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Admin Assistant to join a fast growing, dynamic and award winning organisation. The University of Lincoln Students’ Union is a not-for-profit, value led organisation which exists to represent the interests of the 17,000 students and support their wider student experience through extracurricular activity.

In this role you will provide comprehensive administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring the efficient delivery of HR, recruitment, learning and development, and employee engagement activities. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate records and systems, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and helping to create a positive and compliant employee experience.
