Please note, this post is permanent and full-time at 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year.
The Post Award Research Office (PARO) serves as a central hub supporting the set up and delivery of externally funded research projects, fostering a collaborative environment that addresses the University’s strategic goals in research excellence and external income generation.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled individual to provide an efficient, positive and proactive approach to overseeing a diverse portfolio of externally funded research projects, with a focus on international research funding. The successful candidate will work closely with both academic and professional services colleagues to oversee project set up and delivery, compliance with funding terms and conditions and ensuring that grant funding is maximised in line with project objectives.
You must be able to lead and to work as part of a team, hold excellent management skills, and be able to build positive working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
In support of our commitment to developing colleagues by providing opportunities for internal movement and promotion, applications for this opportunity will only be accepted from people who are currently employed by the University of Lincoln, our current students, and any currently engaged agency workers who have been with us for more than 12 weeks. We actively encourage applications from all colleagues across the University with the relevant skills and experience.
