Ballards Removals Ltd is a well-established and respected removals and storage company. We are looking for an organised, customer-focused individual to join our office team as a Move Coordinator / Manager.
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines customer service, sales, administration and move coordination. You will be responsible for guiding customers through their moving journey, from initial enquiry through to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing quotations from survey reports and customer information.
- Conducting video surveys and producing accurate quotations.
- Carrying out customer site visits when required.
- Following up quotations and converting enquiries into bookings.
- Handling enquiries via telephone, email and website.
- Booking removals and storage services.
- Issuing confirmations, processing payments and raising invoices.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
- Carrying out pre-move and post-move customer calls.
- Coordinating delivery schedules for contract customers.
- Managing weekly and monthly invoicing processes.
- Liaising with customs agents and customers to coordinate European and international moves.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
What We're Looking For

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confidence speaking with customers by phone, video call and in person.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A professional and positive approach.
Desirable Experience
- Sales, customer service or account management experience.
- Transport, logistics or removals industry experience.
- Experience preparing quotations and managing customer bookings.
- Knowledge of international shipping or customs processes.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
