Reuse Technician + FLT Counterbalance Driver
Salary: £12.82 per hour / £30,000 per annum + profit share programme
Location: North Hykeham, Lincoln.
Our HQ is just a short walk from Hykeham train station, so ideal if you live in Lincoln, North Hykeham or Newark, and if you drive an electric car we have chargers onsite.

Permanent, Full Time – 45 hours per week
The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Reuse Technician with experience of working in a busy warehouse environment to join the Reuseabox team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, purpose-led company.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or collection.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and FLTs.
- Receive and process stock into the warehouse, re-work and put into storage.
- Help the warehouse team to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Experience & Skills
- Current counterbalance FLT license (essential).
- Experience working within a busy and productive warehouse.
- Ability to work to a high standard within a team environment.

- Has a creative approach to finding solutions to new challenges.
- Self-motivated worker, happy to work independently.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
