URGENT VACANCY - START DATE 20TH JULY

This is price work - estimated earnings £220 - £260 a day
Qualified self-employed site joiners required (NVQ 2 minimum requirement or NVQ 3 preferred) with valid CSCS cards to install 1st and 2nd Fix joinery components on commercial developments to a high standard. All applicants must adhere to the main contractors site rules and PPE requirements with experience in fire door installation being an advantage.
Works to be completed in Lincoln starting ASAP.
We are a Midlands based Joinery Contract company with ongoing and upcoming projects in various locations including Leicestershire, Northampton, Rugby, Derby, Chesterfield, Chesterfield, Walsall, Lincolnshire, and Nottinghamshire.
You must have
- A Valid trade specific CSCS Card
- Valid Public Liability Insurance
- Experience in all aspects of joinery
- A strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a safe and diligent manner & comply with all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Own tools and van
- UTR Number
- Be flexible and prepared to complete any other reasonable tasks requested to enable completion of the works
Your role will consist of:
- 1st and 2nd fix site joinery on Commercial Projects
- Keeping areas of work clean and tidy
- Being able to prioritize given tasks
- Be able to work under pressure and to advised programme
- Any other works requested by your Site Manager

Schedule:
- Monday – Friday 07:00am – 4:00pm (Saturdays may be required occasionally)
- This job role will be paid fortnightly with an initial week in hand, payment will only be made on receipt of a valid invoice and any accompanying paperwork.
You must also be able to provide proof of your eligibility to work in the UK, (a copy of your UK Passport or Drivers License will be required).
