EDAN Lincs Domestic Abuse Service provides refuge accommodation, outreach support and a wide range of support services for all who suffer domestic abuse; thus promoting safety, well-being and independence within the community. Our main office is based in Lincoln however we provide support to the whole of Lincolnshire.

EDAN Lincs upholds safeguarding requirements and our agency is committed to safeguarding vulnerable adults and children. Any offer of employment is subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks, which include: Identity verification; Qualification verification; DBS clearance; References.

30 hours per week

£21,590.00 (£26,987.80 FTE)

Full Driving licence and car essential for post

Do you feel passionate about ‘Ending Domestic Abuse Now’ in Lincolnshire?

We are looking for two dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our dedicated team here at EDAN Lincs, to support individuals/families who have been affected by domestic abuse. We have one permanent vacancy and one maternity cover contract.

The role requires receiving all point of entry queries into the service via the telephone and online chat from members of the public and professionals. The role also requires assessing and triaging referrals into our outreach service and providing crisis intervention and safety planning. The role can be varied, dynamic and fast-paced, and requires a good level of communication and able to build rapport quickly. Relevant experience or knowledge around domestic abuse is desirable. NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience if required.

EDAN Lincs is a charity delivering Lincolnshire Countywide Domestic Abuse Service offering Refuge, Outreach and IDVA support.
