About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused store manager to lead the daily operations of a busy Domino’s Pizza store. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing store performance, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining health and safety standards, and driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the store efficiently and effectively
Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to maintain high performance standards
Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times
Responsible for the weekly scheduling of staff rosters
Recruit, train, and develop store staff
Monitor stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, and company policies
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Prepare staff rotas and manage labour costs
Monitor store sales, productivity, and financial performance
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the store
Responsible for ensuring food hygiene standards are adhered to as per local council requirements
Support the business in achieving operational and sales targets

Requirements

Previous experience in a management role within the food, retail, or hospitality sector
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Good organisational and problem-solving skills
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays where required
Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations
Basic computer and cash-handling skills
