This is a national role where you’ll work closely with clients to create bespoke protection solutions that truly make an impact. How you'll make an impact

As a Protection Consultant, you’ll take charge of a portfolio of business and personal protection clients, delivering outstanding service and tailored solutions. You’ll build trusted relationships, becoming the go-to adviser for your clients. By identifying opportunities to grow and improve, you’ll expand lines of cover and enhance service delivery. You’ll also play a vital role in generating new business, exceeding targets, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Your expertise will help safeguard futures and reduce risks for those who rely on us.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a strong understanding of the protection market, including products, policies, and compliance.
Excels at building and maintaining client relationships, delivering exceptional service every time.
Communicates clearly and confidently, making complex topics easy to understand.
Is highly organised, able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Is tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
Is committed to professional growth and compliance excellence.
Has the rights to work in the UK

Being DipPFS qualfied - or at least holding the R04 qualification - would be advantageous, too.
