Full job description

Logic Contract Services are currently seeking a Facilities Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis working 9.00am - 17.00pm (Monday – Friday).

· Do you have excellent planning and organisation skills and remains calm under pressure?

· Are able to think on their feet and provide practical solutions?

· Do you have strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel and good experience of Word and Outlook?

This role reports to the Helpdesk Manager and is responsible for answering questions and queries, ensuring that clients/partners have access to a comprehensive and high quality facilities service, which provides outstanding customer service all stakeholders. The role will also cover general day to day admin for the business.

Responsibilities;

· Maintaining and monitoring emails, assigning tasks to appropriate member of the team, updating action trackers, status logs and ensuring response within agreed SLAs.

· General Administration for the whole business

· Managing filing of documents.

· Responsible for handling inbound & outbound calls from Customers/ Clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any queries or issues.

· Provide support to the team with purchase orders and administer the purchasing system.

· Logging & closing small works jobs.

· Scheduling Engineers Planners to be efficient for their workday.

· Confident liaising with internal/ external stakeholders.

· Perform all duties with the utmost discretion and attention to detail, while maintaining the appropriate degree of confidentiality at all times

Preferred experience;

· A proven track record of working within an administration environment, preferably within facilities management.

· Good attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

· Confident using Microsoft Office packages

· Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
