Locations: Birdham Pool Marina (Main Office) & Littlehampton (Facility)
Position: Full-Time, Permanent (40 Hours per Week)
Salary: £30,000 starting salary (with a guaranteed increase post-probation) + Company Pension
Requirements: Own hand tools required (Specialist & diagnostic equipment provided)

We are a highly successful, rapidly growing marine engineering business built on an excellent local reputation and a sustained 4-week waiting list. With our main office and brand-new reception hub based at Birdham Pool Marina, and a second facility in Littlehampton, our local presence is stronger than ever. We combine traditional marine engineering pride with cutting-edge technology, utilising our own custom CRM and integrated AI diagnostic tools to support our team on the ground.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced, independent All-Round Marine Engineering Technician who can confidently handle faults from start to finish. You won't be micromanaged; instead, you will have the autonomy to diagnose, service, and repair a wide variety of vessels across our two locations. We need someone who can "deep dive" into complex faults rather than just changing parts.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out advanced diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on inboard diesels, inboard petrols, large outboards, and stern drives.
Troubleshooting basic to intermediate marine electrical issues alongside mechanical faults.
Servicing and repairing Jet Skis/PWCs (Experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided if needed).
Using our custom CRM and digital diagnostic software to accurately log faults and track job progress.
Upholding our premium standards of workmanship to protect our hard-earned reputation.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: Proven, hands-on experience across a broad mix of marine engines (petrol, diesel, outboards, and stern drives).
Diagnostic Skills: A logical thinker who understands how to systematically trace mechanical and electrical faults.
Tools: You must possess your own comprehensive set of everyday hand tools. (We supply all specialist tooling, software, and heavy equipment).
License: Full UK Driving License required to move between our Birdham Pool and Littlehampton sites.
