Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef De Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the overall smooth operation of the kitchen. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards
Assist in the organisation and management of designated sections within the kitchen
Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, utensils, and equipment
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Skills
