Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. You will play a pivotal role in driving event sales, building client relationships, and ensuring flawless event execution. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong sales acumen, attention to detail, and a love for hospitality and events.

Duties

Act as the primary point of contact for event clients, from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to promote event space and generate leads
Prepare and present detailed event proposals and contracts
Conduct site tours with prospective clients
Collaborate with internal departments (F&B, Banquets, Housekeeping, etc.) to ensure seamless event planning and execution
Track and report on event sales performance and KPIs
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Stay current on industry trends to identify new opportunities and maintain competitive edge
Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
Assist in planning and attending sales events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in hotel sales, event coordination, or a related field
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software and booking systems is a bonus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and positive attitude with a strong customer service orientation.
Flexible schedule and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
