Are you an experienced Dental Receptionist looking for your next opportunity in a modern, patient-focused practice?
Lisburn Dental Care is seeking a friendly, organised and professional Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. We also welcome applications from GDC-registered Dental Nurses looking to move into a reception and patient coordination role.
This is a varied and rewarding front-of-house position where you will play a key role in supporting patients throughout their dental journey, from first contact through to treatment planning and ongoing care.
Lisburn Dental Care is part of a well-established dental group with over 100 surgeries across 35 practices throughout Northern Ireland and the North West of England.

As a Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator, you will:
- Welcome and support patients at reception
- Manage appointments and patient enquiries
- Coordinate consultations and treatment plans
- Discuss treatment options and associated costs
- Support clinicians and ensure smooth day-to-day practice operations
- Assist with finance options and payment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and administration
- Full-time position
- Working hours between 8:00am–7:00pm
- Final rota agreed at interview
- Previous dental experience essential
- Dental Reception experience preferred
- A GDC-registered Dental Nurse is highly desirable
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable discussing treatment plans and costs
- Experience using dental/medical software
- Positive, professional and patient-focused approach
