JOB TITLE: Route Planner Systems Operator

REPORTING TO: Our Warehouse Manager, Andy

LOCATION: Johnson Brothers in Lisburn (137 Old Hillsborough Road, Lisburn) *Must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work*

JOB TYPE: Full Time, Permanent

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 8:30AM 5PM (4:30PM on Fridays)

Johnson Brothers are an award winning fifth generation family business based in Lisburn. We are a sales agency business, representing household brands and selling them on behalf of the companies throughout Northern Ireland and Ireland. We have also been roasting our own coffee for over 100 years, and we are proud to be supplying coffee to some of our countries most prestigious restaurants, coffee shops and hotels!

Johnson Brothers are looking for someone to join our Warehouse team as a Route Planner Systems Operative. Full training will be provided on all duties including our computer system, Business Central.

THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Organise runs for the week
Book in customer deliveries
Manage express system for couriers
Liaise with Office Administration (Customer Service) team
Communication around order status to the Sales team
Monitor Business Central (Our Internal System) and print picking dockets
Liaise with Business Partners
Stock Counting
Aisle maintenance
Attendance in our monthly Operations Meeting
Other duties as may be reasonably required

REQUIRED SKILLS

Experience working in a warehouse environment
Confidence with computers and working on different systems
Excellent attention to detail, work accuracy/numeracy and quality orientated
Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
A committed and positive attitude along with an obvious customer focus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the business
Motivated and dynamic self-starter
