The Workplace Coordinator plays a key part in creating a welcoming, well organised, and efficient working environment for colleagues and visitors. Job Description

The Workplace Coordinator is responsible for the day to day running of front of house and facilities services within a busy office environment. The role brings together customer service, workplace management, and operational support to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Working closely with clients, colleagues, and service partners, the position supports the delivery of high standards across the workplace. From managing meeting spaces to coordinating facilities tasks, this role provides a great opportunity to make a visible impact and take pride in delivering an excellent experience for everyone on site.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for workplace and facilities related queries on site
Support the smooth day to day operation of the workplace and front of house services
Manage helpdesk requests and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timeframes
Build strong relationships with clients, visitors, and stakeholders
Coordinate meeting room bookings, set ups, and hospitality requirements
Monitor cleaning standards and raise any issues for resolution
Support security processes including passes and visitor management
Carry out workplace inspections and follow up on actions identified
Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and general office coordination
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at all times

Ability to organise tasks and manage a varied workload effectively
Proactive approach with confidence to take initiative and make decisions
Excellent customer service mindset with attention to detail
Comfortable using workplace systems and digital tools

Calm and professional approach when handling queries or challenges
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a busy environment
Strong sense of responsibility for health, safety, and compliance
Self motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
