Overview
Aurovia Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and reliable tutors to deliver high-quality tuition in Maths, English and Science to students from Year 7 and above.
This is a role, delivering face-to-face sessions to students of varying abilities. We welcome applications from tutors with QTS and non-QTS, and a proven experience in tutoring or teaching.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support students in building confidence and achieving their academic potential from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities
- Deliver online tutoring sessions in Maths, English and/or Science
- Plan and tailor lessons to meet individual learning needs
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
- Support students with SEN where required
- Create a positive, structured and interactive learning environment
- Communicate progress clearly with parents/guardians
- Ensure all sessions are delivered in line with safeguarding and safety standards
Requirements
- Proven tutoring or teaching experience (essential)
- Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English or Science (KS3+)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- QTS
- A genuine passion for supporting student development
