Join our team at Padstow Holiday Village, set in the heart of the beautiful Cornish countryside. As Grounds and Maintenance Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our park looks its very best all year round. Leading a dedicated team, you'll oversee the care and enhancement of our grounds, gardens, landscaped areas and outdoor spaces, alongside the maintenance of our facilities, holiday homes and lodges. You'll manage maintenance schedules, drive exceptional presentation standards and help create a safe, attractive and welcoming environment for our guests and owners.

What will you do?
- Lead, motivate and develop the Grounds and Maintenance Team
- Ensure the park's grounds, gardens, green spaces and landscaped areas are maintained to exceptional standards
- Plan and coordinate seasonal horticultural works, including planting, pruning and turf care
- Oversee maintenance activities across the park, including accommodation, facilities and infrastructure
- Plan and manage landscaping, improvement projects, caravan siting and re-siting
- Support the planning and delivery of capital projects, winter works and grounds enhancement projects
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and health and safety across the park
- Manage stock, equipment, contractors and maintenance budgets efficiently
- Oversee waste management, drainage, utilities and hot tub testing and maintenance
- Resolve guest and owner concerns promptly and professionally
Work collaboratively across the park and region

What are we looking for?
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and improving the park and will have:
- A proven track record of leading, developing and motivating a Grounds and Maintenance team
- Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, horticulture or gardening, with a passion for creating and maintaining high-quality outdoor spaces
- Experience of delivering on-park development and improvement projects
- Practical maintenance experience, with skills in carpentry, plumbing or another trade
- The ability to plan, prioritise and deliver both preventative and reactive maintenance programmes
- A thorough understanding of health and safety legislation and the application of safe working practices
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills
A relevant trade qualification (e.g. City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent) is advantageous
