Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
- Manage and supervise staff.
- Coordinate food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety regulations.
- Supervise food preparation processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency in product quality.
- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and hospitality.
- Organise staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor performance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the premises in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Implement training programmes to enhance team skills, including barista experience and culinary techniques.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and manage stock levels efficiently.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong team management capabilities with excellent leadership qualities.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols.
- Experience in food production, kitchen operations, or hotel hospitality roles.
- Competence in serving customers with professionalism and warmth.
- Familiarity with barista techniques and coffee brewing methods.

Pay: £27,500.00-£31,500.00 per year
