About the Role
As a Games Master, you’re the person who brings our rooms to life.
You’ll guide players through their mission, monitor their progress, deliver hints with dramatic flair, reset sets to perfection, and make every guest feel like the star of their own adventure.
This is an energetic, people-focused role where you get to:
Host and brief teams
Watch live gameplay
Create atmosphere, drama and excitement
Reset rooms between games
Be part of building unforgettable experiences
Requirements
To apply, you must:
Live very locally to Treforest Industrial Estate
Have your own car
Be available at short notice when needed
Be happy to work evenings and weekends — when the magic happens!
Experience in hospitality, theatre, customer service or gaming is a bonus — but what we really want is personality, reliability and enthusiasm.
