Abersychan School is an 11-16 comprehensive school which meets the needs of children of all abilities. We want every student to fulfil their potential. The Mathematics Department at Abersychan School is a successful, hardworking and dynamic team with a shared vision to ensure that all students experience the highest quality teaching and learning to achieve their best. The department is well resourced with a range of digital teaching tools, including interactive whiteboards, visualisers and Chromebooks. The team work very closely with the LA School Improvement Service (formally EAS) and the cluster primary schools to collaboratively advance pedagogical approaches.
