We are seeking an energetic and caring Babysitter/Nanny to provide attentive, reliable, and engaging care for children in a safe and nurturing environment. Duties
- Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children’s dietary needs
- Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and physical activity
- Assist with homework and educational tasks to support academic growth
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up toys, clothes, and play areas
- Follow parents’ instructions regarding routines, discipline policies, and special needs
- Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress, behaviors, and any concerns
Skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children and parents
- Strong organizational skills to manage daily routines efficiently
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude to handle various situations calmly
- Ability to respond quickly in emergencies or unexpected situations
- Experience working with children of different ages is preferred
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus but not required initially
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or additional responsibilities as needed
