The Opportunity
In the role of Curriculum Coordinator, here’s an example of what you’ll be doing to make an impact:
As a Curriculum Organiser, you’ll support tutors to deliver high quality learning and ensure teaching sessions run smoothly and consistently.
You’ll help shape the curriculum by supporting the quality of lesson delivery, reviewing learner progress and supporting improvements where needed.
You’ll guide tutors in using learning resources, digital tools and assessment approaches so learners get a great experience.
You’ll play a key role in keeping learner information accurate and up to date, helping the service make strong, evidence based decisions.
You’ll work closely with Curriculum Managers to keep programmes on track and make sure learners achieve positive outcomes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have…
Strong communication skills — able to explain ideas clearly and support tutors with confidence.
Experience supporting teaching or learning — gained through teaching, coaching, mentoring or curriculum support.
Ability to review and improve practice — comfortable giving constructive feedback and helping others develop.
Good organisational skills — able to manage schedules, track progress and keep information accurate.
Confidence using digital learning tools — able to support tutors with online platforms and resources.
Attention to detail — especially when reviewing learner information or checking the quality of learning.
Ability to work collaboratively — comfortable working with tutors, managers and quality teams.
Commitment to positive learner outcomes — motivated by helping learners progress and succeed.
