Snack Food Factory Machine Operator
We are hiring a dependable Machine Operator to help produce and package snack foods in a fast-paced factory environment in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, packing, monitoring product quality, loading materials, and keeping the work area clean and safe.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor food production and packaging machines
- Load ingredients and packaging materials
- Check product quality and packaging accuracy
- Perform basic machine adjustments and report issues
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety rules
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or food production experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight
- Good attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work afternoon shifts
- Able to understand and work in English language
The role:
- Location: Marlow (on site car park)

- 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)
- Afternoon shift (Monday - Friday)
- Often offers weekend overtime hours
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
