Job Description:

As a Social Media & Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in growing our brand presence and student community in the UK. Your primary responsibilities include managing and growing our social media channels to drive lead generation, increase brand awareness, and expand our online following. You will be responsible for planning and creating engaging content across platforms, particularly for Chinese social media.

In addition, you will oversee the operation of our student community by planning and organising regular online and offline events to foster engagement and strengthen relationships with students.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media

Create engaging content to attract viewers and grow followers
Create high-quality photo and video content for social media platforms including 小红书
Writing compelling captions and digital copy
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms and the company website
Monitor social media activity, engagement, respond to comments, messages, audience growth and interactions in a timely manner.
Analyse social media and website performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness and leads generation

Activity Orginisation

Plan and organise regular online and offline student events and webinars.
Manage and grow our student community through engaging activities and initiatives.
Coordinate event logistics, including venues, registrations, and schedules.
Promote events across social media and community platforms.
Lead event delivery and ensure a positive participant experience.

Requirements:

Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Skilled in photo & video content creation (shooting and editing)
Excellent organisation, communication and project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
Creative and innovative approach to activity planning.
Experience creating content for social media, especially for 小红书

Important:

You must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
You must be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
