This is a Part Time role - 25 Hours per week (0.6) (2 Years Fixed Term Contract)

Salary: £28,738.00 pro rata

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS (ESSENTIAL) :

Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive, trusting, and respectful relationships with a wide range of people, demonstrating cultural awareness and sensitivity.

Experience running focus groups, 1:1 consultations or engagement sessions.

Demonstrated ability to manage projects, monitor actions and deadlines, and balance multiple workstreams effectively.

Strong understanding of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB) principles.

Confidence gathering, analysing and presenting feedback or participation data.

Experience in coordinating groups, projects or collaborative workstreams.

Experience in, or knowledge of, using CRM systems for data management, tracking, and reporting.

Passion for improving opportunities for young people.
