Full job description

Job Summary

General Office Assistant required in firm of solicitors at our Bognor office.

The role will include

One day a week working 8.45 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
Reception cover including greeting clients on arrival and directing them to the appropriate fee earner/staff member
Operating a digital telephone system
Operating a computer and familiarity of office 365 essential.
Making appointments when required.
Dealing with outgoing post
General Office administration as required
Assisting with typing as required.
Photocopying as required.
Keeping records up to date.
Any other duties which are required from time to time including the possibility of working at our Littlehampton office if required.
Covering holidays as required at Bognor and Littlehampton office 40+ days
