This is a fixed evening collection route with small items (not multi-drop delivery parcels)
We are seeking a reliable Evening Collection Driver to join our team on a long-term basis. This role involves operating a fixed route during evening hours, collecting items efficiently and safely. This is a straightforward role with a fixed route, small collections, and a regular schedule. You will know your area well and work independently without unnecessary pressure. This position offers stability and the opportunity to be part of a dedicated team committed to excellent service delivery.
The Role
- One driver per route – same area every evening
- Self-employed position (own vehicle required)
- Evening shift: 19:00 – 00:30 approximately
- Expected finish time: usually around 23:00 – 00:00, depending on route completion and traffic
- Monday to Friday
- Average 20–24 collections per evening
- Route distance: approximately 110 miles per evening
- Small items only – envelopes
- Any suitable car accepted
What You’ll Be Doing
- Follow a fixed collection route
- Collect envelopes from allocated locations
- Complete collections on time
- Work independently and manage your route
Who We’re Looking For
- Reliable and organised
- Own vehicle and valid driving licence
- Smartphone required
- Good time management
- Previous courier/collection experience is an advantage but not essential
