Key Responsibilities
- Registering applicants and identifying their property needs
- Arranging property viewings
- Generating valuation appointments
- Referring clients to our mortgage brokers
- Handling calls, emails, and visitor enquiries
- Performing general administrative tasks
About the Role
This is a full-time, office-based position. You will not be required to conduct viewings, valuations.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 1 year+ experience in estate agency
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive and results-driven approach
- Highly organised
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Personal Qualities
- Positive attitude with a good sense of humour
- Professional, friendly and approachable
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Hours and Salary
Salary: Negotiable based on experience. Commission bridge available to support you if you're leaving pipeline income behind
Contract: Full time, permanent, 36 hours per week
Working pattern: 5 days a week including every other Saturday (you will have a day off in the week on the week you work a Saturday)
Office Opening Hours: Mon - Thurs: 9am to 5:30pm, Fri: 9am to 5pm, Sat: 10am to 4pm. We close on Sundays, bank holidays, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
