**The Role**
We are looking for a skilled and reliable **Embroidery Machinist** to join our production team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operation of our commercial embroidery machines, ensuring every garment and hat meets our exact brand standards for quality and durability.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Set up, operate, and monitor multi-head commercial embroidery machines.
* Prepare garments and headwear for production, including accurate hooping, tensioning, and selecting the correct stabilizers and threads.
* Monitor machine operation to detect potential errors, thread breaks, or alignment issues, troubleshooting minor mechanical problems as they arise.
* Conduct strict quality control checks on all finished stitching to maintain high output standards.
* Assist with routine machine maintenance and keep the production workspace clean and organized.
* Collaborate with the broader team to manage daily production schedules and pack orders when necessary.
**What We’re Looking For**
* **Experience:** A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience operating commercial embroidery machines is strictly required.
* **Skills:** Strong understanding of threading, hooping, and tensioning. Familiarity with technical fabrics and structured buckram is a major plus.
* **Attributes:** Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* **Reliability:** A dependable team player ready to commit to full-time hours.
