We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can manage recruitment campaigns from initial vacancy briefing through to successful placement. You will work closely with hiring managers, candidates and internal teams to ensure each role attracts qualified applicants and progresses efficiently.
This is a hands on mid level position for someone who understands how to find strong candidates, manage multiple vacancies and communicate professionally throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
Full Recruitment Cycle:
Manage vacancies from the initial hiring brief through advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer management.
Candidate Sourcing:
Identify suitable candidates through job boards, professional networks, internal databases, referrals and direct sourcing methods.
Job Advertising:
Create clear and attractive job advertisements that accurately describe each position, its responsibilities and candidate requirements.
Candidate Screening:
Review applications, conduct telephone or video interviews and assess candidates against the requirements of each vacancy.
Hiring Manager Support:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, agree candidate profiles and provide regular progress updates.
Candidate Experience:
Maintain professional and timely communication with applicants throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule interviews, collect feedback and ensure both candidates and hiring managers have the information they need.
Offer Management:
Support the preparation and communication of job offers while helping resolve questions relating to salary, start dates and employment conditions.
Recruitment Administration:
Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system and ensure candidate information remains complete, organised and confidential.
Recruitment Reporting:
Track vacancy progress, candidate activity, interview outcomes and time to hire data to support workforce planning and process improvement.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing or a similar hiring focused position.
Recruitment Knowledge:
A good understanding of candidate sourcing, application screening, interviewing and offer management.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to speak with candidates and hiring managers at different levels.
Organisation:
The ability to manage multiple vacancies, interviews and deadlines without losing attention to detail.
Technology:
Experience using applicant tracking systems, job boards, Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms.
Candidate Focus:
A professional and respectful approach with a genuine interest in creating a positive applicant experience.
Commercial Awareness:
An understanding of how effective recruitment supports business performance, workforce stability and long term growth.
Mindset:
You are proactive, dependable and comfortable working independently. You know when to move quickly, when to ask detailed questions and when a candidate needs additional support.
Pay: £30,609.00-£39,324.00 per year
