The role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Collections Administrator to join our Collections team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the admin side of recovering outstanding debts, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly and stays in line with FCA and SRA guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time and Part-time, Permanent

What We’re Looking For:

Great attention to detail – accuracy really matters here.
Strong organisational skills – you’ll be juggling multiple cases.
Confident communicator – whether it’s with clients, debtors, or colleagues.
Good time management – deadlines are key.
Comfortable using computers and legal software.
