standard of radiographic service and patient care. There is a requirement to
participate in a flexible working hours system and an on-call system.

Ensure radiation doses to every patient are as low as reasonably
achievable (ALARA) consistent with a diagnostic result
To comply with IR(ME)R 2000 & IRR’99
Participate in the radiographic rotation
To maintain accurate documentation pertinent to the examination
To work to radiographic protocols and policies as required under the
ionising radiation regulations
