Are you passionate about sustainability and eager to make an impact?

Join B&M Retail as a Sustainability Coordinator & Analyst and work alongside our dynamic Sustainability and Energy Manager to help drive our sustainability goals. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our compliance efforts, collaborate with key stakeholders, and advance your career in a growing company.

The Key Responsibilities will be to:

Play a vital role in gathering and managing data from across the business to ensure we meet all Defra/EA compliance deadlines.
Maintain our social compliance factory audit register, ensuring our practices meet the highest standards.
Monitor and stay up to date with changing legislation, using your knowledge to propose improvements and provide training where needed.
Collaborate with the Sustainability and Energy Manager and internal stakeholders, offering guidance on governance and sustainability topics.
Support the implementation of our sustainability strategy and contribute to projects that further our environmental goals.
Create clear, engaging presentations using PowerPoint to communicate sustainability data, insights, and progress to internal stakeholders.

The Skills & Experience required:

Strong administrative and organisational skills, with an interest or knowledge of sustainability practices being advantageous.
Experience collecting, analysing, and managing data in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and long-term career development.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), and confidence in adopting new technologies.
Experience or interest in using AI tools to enhance efficiency, support data analysis, or improve reporting and content creation.
